四个真实用法，看看仓流记怎么把「搬仓不乱、对账不难」落到步骤里。Four real workflows that keep moves orderly and reconciliation painless.

场景一 · 跨城仓库搬迁Scenario 1 · Cross-city warehouse move

上海仓 → 深圳仓，货拉拉 + 自驾混合运输，多趟分批。Shanghai to Shenzhen by hired van plus your own car, in several trips.

1. 建两个仓库Set up two depots同一账户下新建「上海仓」「深圳仓」，到场点一下定位即可带坐标建档。Create both depots in one account; tap locate on site to stamp coordinates.
2. 备案车辆Profile the vehicles「金杯（货拉拉）」「我的 SUV」各建档案，开启车牌隐藏。Add both vehicles with photos; switch on plate redaction.
3. 草稿池快记 → 落实成计划Draft pool → transfer plan凭记忆随手记待搬物品与预估数量，逐条落实为调拨计划条目（源=上海仓，目标=深圳仓）。预案阶段不动库存。Jot items from memory with estimates, then promote them into plan lines (source → destination). The draft plan never touches stock.
4. （可选）导出计划报告核对(Optional) Export the plan report导出含全部条目的 XLSX，打印出来现场逐项划勾。Export the full plan as XLSX and tick items off on paper during loading.
5. 第一趟：开批装车Trip 1: load a batch新建执行批次并选「金杯」，自动生成在途车仓；装车页逐行核验放行，大件先走。Start a batch bound to the van — an in-transit depot appears; release lines one by one on the loading screen.
6. 到仓卸车对账Unload & reconcile卸车页按实收放行，勾「本行卸完」强制对账；差额自动进缺件池。全部行完毕批次自动提交，正式调拨单同步生成。Release lines by actual received quantity; shortfalls route to the missing-items pool. When every line reconciles, the batch submits itself and formal transfer records are created.
7. 第二趟、第三趟……Trip 2, trip 3…剩余条目留在计划里，换车继续开批，直到计划推进「全部完成」。Remaining lines stay in the plan; start new batches with another vehicle until the plan completes.
8. 收尾归档Wrap up & archive缺件池里「找到了」移仓上架、确认损失核销；导出计划完整报告（装/卸/在途三列）作为搬迁归档台账。Resolve the missing pool (recover or write off), then export the complete plan report — loaded / unloaded / in-transit columns — as your relocation archive.

场景二 · 小库房日常出入库Scenario 2 · Daily stock-taking for a small depot

一个人管仓，收货发货全用手机，30 秒记一单。One person runs the depot; every receipt and shipment logged on the phone in seconds.

1. 到货直接拍Shoot the incoming goods引路模式下连拍实物与外包装，条码/OCR 自动识别品名并预填入库单。In Guided mode, shoot the goods; barcode and OCR recognize names and pre-fill the inbound form.
2. 决策卡确认Confirm on the decision card核对方向、数量、货位，一键入账；铭牌、外包装多张照片自动归到同一条记录。Check direction, quantity and slot in one card; grouped photos ride along with the record.
3. 连续出货用剪贴板Clipboard for repeat shipments把上一条记录复制成预填，改个数量就出库。Copy the last record as a pre-filled draft and just change the quantity.
4. 随时看库存Check stock anytime按仓折叠的库存列表 + 货位树搜索；出库超量当场拦截，账实不会两张皮。Depot-folded stock list with slot-tree search; overdraw is blocked at entry, so books and shelves agree.

场景三 · 测试物料库Scenario 3 · Test-equipment library

研发团队的仪器、治具与散件，借还有据、成套可查。Instruments, fixtures and loose parts for an R&D team — loans traceable, kits verifiable.

1. 整件建档，部件挂父Register assemblies, hang parts underneath整机建为整件，线缆配件以部件名挂接；「可组装」徽标提示套件是否齐整。Log the device as an assembly with cables and accessories as its parts; an "assemblable" badge shows whether a kit is complete.
2. 借出 = 出库，归还 = 入库Loan out = outbound, return = inbound记录自动带上经手人标签与照片凭证，谁借的、什么状态一目了然。Each record carries an operator tag and photo proof — who borrowed what, at a glance.
3. 换工位用移仓Moving benches = Move同账户内换货位走「移仓」，不动总量只动位置。Re-shelving within the account uses Move — position changes, totals don't.
4. 月度盘点Monthly audit打印 A4 盘点报表现场核对，差异用带符号的盘点调整修正；导出库存快照 XLSX 存档。Print the auto-paginated stock list, tick on site, fix deltas with signed adjustments, and archive an XLSX snapshot.

场景四 · 家庭仓储与个人物品Scenario 4 · Home storage & personal items

地下室纸箱、换季收纳、收藏存货——给家当建一本图文台账。Basement boxes, seasonal storage, collections — an illustrated ledger for your belongings.

1. 家庭与个人分账户Separate accounts by purpose家庭公物、个人收藏各一个账户，数据互不干扰。One account for household goods, another for personal collections — fully separate.
2. 纸箱贴二维码标签QR labels on boxesA4 不干胶标签打印物品名与货位，一纸 8 格或 16 格；扫码直达该物品档案。Print item names and slots on 8-up or 16-up A4 sticker sheets; scanning opens the item profile.
3. 二手出留有凭证Proof for resale or gifting出库记录带照片与时间戳，转卖、赠送都有据可查。Outbound records with photos and timestamps make resale or gifting well documented.
4. 数据永远在你手机里Data stays on your phone没有云、没有账号，家庭照片和地址不会出现在任何服务器上。No cloud, no account — family photos and addresses never touch a server.
