一、许可范围1. License

仓流记完全免费（无内购、无订阅）。我们在您使用 App 的 iOS 设备上，授予一项个人、不可转让、非独占、可撤销的使用许可。您可以在遵守法律的前提下将 App 用于个人或商业目的的记录管理。WareFlux is completely free (no in-app purchases, no subscriptions). We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on your iOS device. You may use it for personal or commercial record-keeping, subject to law.

二、使用限制2. Restrictions

• 不得对 App 进行反向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码（法律明确允许的除外）。You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the app (except where expressly permitted by law).
• 不得复制、修改、再分发 App 或将其冒充为其他产品；「仓流记」「WareFlux」名称与标识受法律保护。You may not copy, modify or redistribute the app, or present it as another product; "仓流记" and "WareFlux" are protected names and marks.
• 不得利用 App 从事违法活动，包括记录违禁物品的流转。You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, including logging movements of contraband.

三、您的数据与责任3. Your data & responsibility

App 不联网、不上传，所有数据仅保存在您的设备上。相应地：您应自行通过「导出」功能（XLSX / 照片打包）为重要台账留存备份；设备丢失、损坏、误删除或系统故障导致的数据灭失，开发者无法恢复，也不承担责任。导出的文件与打印内容内容的真实性、合法性由使用者负责。The app never connects to the network or uploads anything; all data lives only on your device. Accordingly, you are responsible for archiving important ledgers yourself via the export feature (XLSX / photo bundles); the developer cannot restore — and is not liable for — data lost to device loss, damage, mistaken deletion or system failure. You alone are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of exported files and printed content.

四、无担保声明4. Disclaimer

本 App 按「现状」提供，在适用法律允许的范围内不作任何明示或默示担保，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权的默示担保。对于因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的任何直接、间接、偶然或后果性损失（含营业利润、数据丢失损失），开发者不承担责任。The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from use of or inability to use the app.

五、条款变更与终止5. Changes & termination

我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后继续使用即视为接受新条款；以本页最新版本为准。您可随时通过删除 App 终止本协议。We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. This page is the current version at all times. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the app.

六、其他6. Miscellaneous

本条款不构成对适用法律（包括您所在地区消费者保护法与 Apple 平台规则）所赋予权利的排除。如本条款任何部分与强制性法律冲突，该部分以最小必要范围失效，其余部分继续有效。Nothing in these terms excludes rights granted by mandatory law (including local consumer protection and Apple's platform rules). If any provision conflicts with such law, it fails only to the minimum necessary extent and the remainder stays in force.
