1.0WareFlux · Effective October 17, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Our core commitment

This app does not collect, transmit, or sell any user data; all data stays on your device.

WareFlux is a fully offline application: it has no server-side components, embeds no third-party SDKs, analytics or advertising code, and performs no network requests in operation. Every feature you see — including OCR text recognition, barcode reading and license-plate redaction — runs entirely on your device.

2. What we do not collect

Identity data: names, phone numbers, email addresses and device identifiers are never collected; no sign-up or login exists.
Your business data: depots, items, records and photos you enter are written only to local storage.
Usage and diagnostics: no telemetry beacons, no third-party crash reporting, no behavioral analytics.
Cross-app / cross-website tracking: none, and no sharing with any data broker.

3. Data stored on your device

The app stores the following in your iPhone's local sandbox: accounts (local data partitions), depot and slot profiles, movement records with attached photos, transfer plans and execution batches, vehicle profiles with photos, and print/display preferences. These files use iOS system-level protection (encrypted whenever the device is locked — NSFileProtectionComplete) and are deliberately excluded from iCloud backup, as part of the "data stays on this device" design.

4. System permissions

Camera: requested only when you take a photo, to capture item photos attached to records.
Photo Library: requested only when you pick an existing photo or save a redacted vehicle photo.
Location (When In Use): a single fix, requested only when you tap "locate" to match or create a depot. The coordinate is stored solely in your local depot profile and never uploaded; declining it leaves manual entry available.

All three permissions can be revoked at any time in Settings, and declining any of them does not affect core record-keeping.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We never share, sell or rent your data with anyone — because we cannot access it in the first place. Files you deliberately export (XLSX/ZIP) leave via the iOS share sheet entirely under your control (Mail, Files, etc.), a process confined to your device and system components.

6. Children's privacy

The app contains no social, chat or content features and collects no user data, making it suitable for all ages under parental guidance.

7. Deletion

Deleting an account inside the app cascades through all of its depots, records and photos; uninstalling the app removes all local data. With no server-side storage anywhere, these actions are complete and irreversible.

8. Policy updates

If this policy changes, we will update this page with a new effective date and version at the top. As the app has no network access, changes are never pushed silently — this page is the single source of truth.

9. Contact us
