七步上手Quick Start in Seven Steps
从零到完整台账，通常只需要十分钟。From zero to a working ledger in about ten minutes.
- 创建账户Create an account (Keeper)首次启动按引导建一个本地账户即可开用。它只是本机的一份数据分区，不注册、不联网。On first launch, create a local profile. It is just a data partition on your device — no sign-up, no network.
- 建立仓库Add depots按实际场地建仓（主仓/分仓/临时仓）。到了新场地可点「定位」带坐标建档，确认前不会写入。Create one depot per site. On site, tap locate to attach coordinates — nothing is saved until you confirm.
- 记第一笔单据Log your first record两条路：引路模式「拍一下」自动预填，或在工作台手动新建入库/出库/移仓。数量与方向以你的确认为准。Two ways: Guided mode's shoot-and-confirm, or manual Inbound / Outbound / Move on the Workbench. You always confirm quantity and direction.
- 登记货架与货位Set up shelves & slots录单时随手填货位（如 Rack-A02-Bin-05）即自动建档；之后可用货位树搜索秒级定位。Type a slot while logging (e.g. Rack-A02-Bin-05) and it registers itself; find anything later via slot-tree search.
- 整仓调拨用计划Use transfer plans for big moves先在草稿池快记，落实成计划条目；执行时开批选车、装车卸车逐行放行，账自动跟着货走。Draft items in the pool, promote them to plan lines; at execution time start a batch per vehicle and release lines while loading/unloading — the books follow the goods automatically.
- 打印报表与标签Print reports & labels盘点报表 A4 自动分页；物品标签 8/16 格含二维码。手机与打印机同一 Wi-Fi，AirPrint 直出。Auto-paginated A4 stock lists and 8/16-up QR labels — print straight from the phone over AirPrint on your home Wi-Fi.
- 导出归档Export & archive通过系统分享面板导出 XLSX（含全部字段与图片链接），照片可打包 .zip。表头语言随 App 界面。Share-sheet export to XLSX (all fields plus image links), with an optional photo .zip bundle. Sheet headers follow the app language.
App 内还内置了中英双语帮助：工作台 → 设置 → 使用帮助，离线可查。

常见问题FAQ
为什么不需要注册账号？我的数据存在哪？Why is no account required? Where is my data stored?
仓流记被设计为纯离线应用：台账数据库与照片全部保存在你 iPhone 的本地沙盒中，文件受系统级锁屏加密保护。没有服务器，也就没有注册的理由——这同时意味着任何人在网络上都拿不到你的数据。WareFlux is fully offline: the ledger database and photos live in your iPhone's local sandbox, protected by system-level encryption when locked. There are no servers — which also means nobody on the internet can reach your data.
支持 iCloud 同步或多设备吗？换机怎么办？Do you support iCloud sync or multiple devices? What about switching phones?
不支持，且是有意为之：数据被显式排除在 iCloud 备份之外，确保「只在这台设备上」。换机时的迁移方式是导出 XLSX（含全部字段与图片链接）和照片 .zip 作为档案留存。多设备实时同步会引入账号与云端存储，与产品的隐私前提冲突，暂无计划。No — deliberately. Data is excluded from iCloud backup to guarantee "only on this device". When switching phones, export XLSX (all fields plus image links) and the photo .zip as your archive. Real-time sync would require accounts and cloud storage, which conflicts with the app's privacy premise; it is not planned.
如何彻底删除我的数据？How do I permanently delete my data?
在 App 内删除某个账户，会级联清空该账户的全部仓库、记录与照片；所有删除操作都有二次确认。直接卸载 App 则清除全部本地数据——因为不存在服务器端副本，删除即彻底。Deleting an account inside the app cascades through all its depots, records and photos; every delete asks for confirmation. Uninstalling removes everything local — with no server-side copies, gone means gone.
拒绝相机 / 相册 / 定位权限会怎样？What if I deny Camera, Photo Library or Location?
核心记账功能完全不受影响：仍可手动录入全部单据与仓库。只是拍照/选图入口不可用（可稍后在系统设置中开启），建仓时改为手动填写地点。Core record-keeping is unaffected — you can still log every record and depot manually. Photo capture/picking simply becomes unavailable (can be re-enabled in Settings), and depots are located by hand.
库存数字是怎么来的？和实际不符怎么办？Where do stock numbers come from? What if they don't match reality?
库存由全部流转记录按时间折叠累计而来，没有独立维护的「库存字段」。若与实物有出入，用带符号的盘点调整修正——它会作为一条可追溯的记录留在台账里，而不是悄悄改数。Stock is folded from the record timeline; there is no separately maintained "stock field". If reality differs, post a signed adjustment — it stays in the ledger as a traceable record instead of silently editing numbers.
收费吗？有广告或内购吗？Is it free? Any ads or in-app purchases?
完全免费：无内购、无订阅、无功能墙，也没有任何广告和追踪。Completely free: no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no feature gates — and no ads or tracking of any kind.
支持 iPad 或 Mac 吗？界面语言怎么切换？iPad or Mac support? How do I switch languages?
当前为 iPhone 竖屏优化（需 iOS 18+）。界面支持简体中文与英语，跟随系统语言（设置 → App → 仓流记 → 语言）；导出报表的表头语言随 App 界面语言。Currently optimized for iPhone in portrait (iOS 18+). The interface supports Simplified Chinese and English, following the system language (Settings → Apps → WareFlux → Language); exported sheet headers follow the same language.
